This Futsu-shu sake has a biscuit, yoghurt, roasted chestnuts and savoury flavour profile. Creamy texture with medium body, this sake has a rich savoury and umami undertone. It would be wonderful to have it at room temperature or warm (35-40C) on a chilly day. This sake is a great partner for hearty meals such as stew, beefsteak, BBQ, and sushi. This won the Futsu-shu Trophy as well as the Champion Great Value Sake in IWC 2021.
