NAKASHIMAYA SHUZOJO
Kanenaka Kimoto Junmai
Kanenaka Kimoto Junmai
- Great with sweet soy sauce dishes and aged cheese.
- Delicate notes of honeycomb and dried fig
- 16% ABV
This sake contains delicate notes of honeycomb and dried fig, and it has a dramatic, dry, and crisp finish that leaves a long-lasting, lovely umami aftertaste.
Although slightly chilled is the suggested drinking temperature, it can also be served warm or at room temperature. It goes well with foods made with sweet soy sauce and aged cheese.
It received the IWC Junmai Trophy in the IWC in 2021
