It has a gorgeous velvety and oily texture with a gentle sweetness with well balanced flavours and a long lasting umami finish. This is a drink that pairs well with dishes such as duck with hoisin sauce, dim-sum, and even cheese. Alternatively, this sake can be enjoyed simply by itself. This won the Koshu Trophy in IWC 2021.
